WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE CERTAIN FOODS IN THE MEAL PLAN

You can swap out and or mix and match any of the recipes. No two people are alike, so find your favorites and choose what you like. 

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Self-care is the new health care. For $5 per day, you are fully supported with a meal plan, workouts, and everything you need from your Online Trainer and support from your peers. You can spend as much or as little as you want on your grocery bill. The workouts will cost you nothing but time. Joining is a no-brainer to commit to you.

ARE THE WORKOUTS HARD?

Of course, you can make them as easy or complex as you want. I will give options for both higher and lower intensity. Intensity is all up to you.
